WARRANTY DEED.
KNOW ALL KEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That J. H. Leveck a $one, a partnership oom-
posed of J. H. Leveck, Herbert Leveck and Donald Leveck, Grantors, for and in consider-
ation or the sum of One Hundred Dollars and other valuable considerations fully paid
cash in hand paid to us by Little Rock, Builders Ine., Grantee, and receipt of which
sum lepereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
Grantee, and unto its sucarasoro and assigns, forever, the following land lying In the
County of Pulaski and State of Artansaa, to -wits
Lots One (1), Two (2), Threw l3), Tour (4) Five (5), Six (6), Ten (10),
Xleven (11). and Twelve (12), Block One (1S, iinswdrthy and Benderson'e
Subdivision of Lots One (1) and Eight (8), Block Three (3), Hyde Park Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee and unto Its successors and
assigns, forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging. And we hereby covenant
with the said Grantee that we will Warrant and Defend the title to the said land
against the claims of all persons whomsoever.
And we, Do11Le LeVeok, Joan Leveck and Ruth A. Leveck, wives respectively of the
aforesaid J. H. Leveck, Her Bart Leveck and Donald Leveck, for and in *on aideratien
of the said sum of money, do hereby release and relinquish unto the said grantee all
our right of dower and homestead in and to the said land.

before the undersigred, a Notary Public, within and for the County aforesaid, duly
commissioned and acting, J. H. Leveok, Herbert Leveck and Donald Leveok, to me well
known an the Grantor& in the foregoing deed, and stated that they had executed the
same for the consideration and purposes therein mentioned and not forth.
And on the same day also voluntarily speared before me the amid Dallle Leveck,Jean Leveok
and Ruth A. Leveek, wives reapeotively of the aforesaid J. H. Leveok, Herbert Leveck
and Donald Leveck, to me well Known, and in the absence of their Paid husbands, acknow-
ledged and declared that they had of their own free will, executed said deed, and
signed and metaled the relinquishment of dower and of homestend rights in the foregoing
deed, for the consideration and purposes. therein mentioned, contained and Pet forth,
without compulsion or undue influence of their said husbands.
