RE: Little Legacy Leadership Academy – Conditional Use Permit

Development Staff Comments:
1. What portion of the building, including square footage, will be occupied by the daycare? The east and west wing of the rear of the building; this includes the multipurpose area,
5 bathrooms, commercial kitchen and 8 classrooms. The floor footage is approximately 2500 to 3000 square feet.
2. Provide the hours and days of operation. Monday through Friday 6a-6pm.
Once a month, Saturday 8am-4:30pm.
3. Provide plans for drop-off and pick-up of children. Children will enter and exit through the west- side door of the building. There is a parking lot adjacent to the door. Parents
will enter the building and sign their child into the daycare no later than 9am. Children will be picked up no later than 6pm. Parents will enter and sign children out from daycare.
Daycare staff will be at the sign in area to greet parents and intake children.
4. Provide maximum number of staff. Maximum staff will be 15.
