Dear Little Rock Planning and Development,
1 am writing today to express my interest in using my home as a short-term rental in Pulaski
County, Arkansas. My intentions in obtaining the permit and use of my property are to provide additional
lodging options for families visiting the area. This will allow guests to stay in my fully furnished home,
providing additional amenities that a standard hotel does not offer. My home is centrally located within
the city limits, and 1 feel it would be a great addition to visitors seeking short-term rentals in the area.
Guests will be screened prior to booking confirmation to ensure they are a good fit for my home and
neighborhood. I do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings. Only guests on the reservation are
permitted in my home. No outside guests or visitors are allowed. I will also maintain strict house rules,
and occupancy guidelines. I have dedicated personnel close by should a need or issue arise while guests
are in the home.
