The Planning Commission date that was mailed to landowners for your project, was incorrect. It had 2023 instead of 2024 on the date of the hearing.
Please find attached another notice form and a “regular mail” affidavit. The notice form has CORRECTION across the top of the document.
This must be sent by regular mail no later than January 3, 2024 and copy of the notice, copy of the “Regular Mail Affidavit and a copy of any receipt you may have from the post office
must be turned into this office as soon as possible or your application will be deferred until the February Agenda.
