Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a bill of assurance for the subdivision.
2. Provide the height of the proposed sign.
3. Provide the area, in square feet, of the proposed sign.
4. Will the proposed sign be electronic, if so, the sign must conform to all ordinance
criteria?
