1. Will the entire resident be rented, or will you be renting individual bedrooms?
A. The intent is to rent the entire residence to no more than four people at a time. I would prefer one or two people.
No, I don’t plan on renting just a bedroom as they will have access to the entire home.
No new site plan is needed.
