Due to the fact that your item was deferred to the November 9, 2023, Agenda, You will need to re-notify.
According to Article IV… “The first and second deferrals of an application for which proper notification has been completed shall require renotification of property owners by REGULAR
mail”.
You are required to resend the notification by regular mail no later than September 27, 2023 in order to be on the October 12 agenda.
Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing form and draft agenda for the November 9 Planning Commission meeting.
Notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, October 25, 2023.
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, October 27, 2023:
