THIS Bill of Assurance For Plat of Lot 1 and Tract A, The Vineyards at Little Rock
an Addition to Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas is made this day of , 20_,
by , an Arkansas limited partnership, with the address of
and RichSmith Holdings, LLC, with the address of 9800 Maumelle Boulevard, North Little
Rock, Arkansas 72113, hereinafter collectively referred to as "GRANTOR".
WHEREAS, the GRANTOR is the owner of the property located in Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, GRANTOR has caused said tract of land to be surveyed and
engineered by White-Daters & Associates, Inc. and a plat thereof made which is identified
by the title Plat of Lot 1 and Tract A, The Vineyards at Little Rock an Addition to
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, said plat is dated , 20 ,
bears the signature of said Land Surveyor and Engineer and the said GRANTOR, bears a
Certificate of Approval executed by the City of Little Rock Director of Planning, is on
record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, Document Number and the GRANTOR does
hereby make this the Bill of Assurance.
NOW THEREFORE, GRANTOR does hereby certify that it has platted said real
estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known
as designed on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of Circuit Clerk
and ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and
dedication of the public right of way and easements shown on said plat.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed in conformance with the
Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GRANTOR does hereby execute this Bill of Assurance
on the date set forth above.
