Please place this item on the agenda for the November Planning Commission meeting. This project will be developed in 3 or 4 Phases. All structures will be constructed a minimum of 2 feet above the 100 year flood elevation. The Owner will forward the Preliminary Bill of Assurance under a separate cover.
