Markham St. Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 RE: 36th and Shackleford Addition - Revised Preliminary Plat Mr. Thrower, Attached are three (3) copies of the Revised Preliminary Plat for the above captioned project. We have revised this plat to reflect comments from Planning Staff and other Departments. Also attached are the following; 1)Preliminary Bill of Assurance; 2)Planning Staff comments with our response in red; 3) Reponses to other Department comments in red. The project will be developed and platted in four phases as noted on the plat. Street improvements to Shackleford will be completed as adjacent lots are developed and platted. In addition to the variances previously requested we would also request a variance from 21- 210(e)(1) to allow the driveways to be spaced at 250 feet on Shackleford. Moving the north driveway closer to the 36th Street intersection to achieve the 300 foot spacing would not improve conditions. Thank you for your assistance.
