NAME: Savers Federal Request
REQUEST: That the Planning Commission
grant the Planning staff
authority to review bank teller
machines and their location -and
be permitted to authorize
permits when no problems are
observed.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff feels that we can deal with the siting issue; however,
we would bring those matters to the Planning Commission
which we observe as offering a variance or controversy.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The Planning Commission briefly discussed the proposal and
accepted the offered procedure. The Commission then voted
on a motion to approve the request as filed. The motion
passed by a vote of 11 ayes, 0 noes.
