Re: Sub -Division Committee Agenda (Savers Projects)
Dear Nat:
Due to a breakdown in communications, which was my fault entirely, my
client, Savers Federal Savings and Loan, was not represented at last weeks
Sub -Division Committee meeting. You had been kind enough to allow us to
add on at the last minute and I am sorry about the mix-up.
At any rate, we would like to be a part of the agenda for the next meet-
ing, which I understand will be mid September. Since the request of our
client is general in nature and applies to a number of locations, we are
not in a position to submit s ecific bu
proposal data at this time t are
hopeful we can discuss our problem in general and hopefully, receive per-
mission from the Committee to submit our specific requests to you and your
staff for review and approval as each location is firmed up.
Savers desires to install some freestanding automatic teller units at
their various branches which will be housed within a building of approxi-
mately_8'-O" square (interior) by about 10'-0" in height. Each will sit
on a concrete slab adjacent to a drive, so that one may utilize the machine
from an automobile.
At this time, we do not anticipate the need for any setback waivers, how-
ever, this type of installation does place two structures (not physically
connected except by underground conduit) on the same site. It is for this
area of concern that we wish to address the Committee.
Please let me know, by telephone, if we can be included on your next agenda
for this request. On behalf of our client, I want to thank you for your
consideration in this matter.
incerely,
ssell, Jr.
