An existing mini -warehouse project adjoins the property on the north and west. C. DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL This is a proposal to combine a tract of 2.598 acres and 1.010 acres, making a lot of 3.068 acres. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: The Committee decided to pass this to the Commission without recommendation. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was present. There were no objectors. A motion was made and passed for approval. The vote was 8 ayes, 0 nays, 2 absent and 1 abstention (abstaining - -Rector).
