A tract of land lying in the SW 1/4. NE 1/4, Section 33. T-'--N, R-13-W, Pulaski
County. Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an iron pin at the nor! heasterly.corner of Lot - 1 of Southall Sub-
div;sion as surveyad by Robert C. Lowe, Jr.. Arkansas L.S. No. 12 on April 23, 1980;
thence S 00' 47' 10" E along the easterly line of said Lot - I for a distance of 184.16
feet to an iron pin at the southeasterly corner of said Lot - 1 to a Point of Begin-
ning; thence continuing S 00' 47' 10 ' E, 235.00 feet to the north line of a 30 - foot
wide drainage easement shown on the dharles Valley Subdivision Preliminary Plat,
Phase 2, dated March, 1977 and prepared by Robert C. Lowe, Jr, thence along a
9t° 03' 48" deflection right 212.06 feet to the center line of said Section 33; thence
along the center line of said Section 33 along a.deflection right of 890 18' 19" for a
distance of 1_35.00 feet; thence along a deflection right of 900 41' 41 " for a distance
of 211.13 feet to the Point of Beginning; said tract of land containing 1.143 acres
( 49,784 S.F.) more or less.
