heing a part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 33. Township 2 North, Range 13
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, all more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4 Section 33; thence
N 00' 43' 15" W along the west line of said SW 11..4, NE 1/4, 786 95 feet to
the northeast corner of Tract C-1, Rainwood Forest nd the Point of Beginning;
thence S 88' 14' 00" W along the north line of said Fract C I 165.97 feet to a
point on the east right-of-way line of Green Mountain Drive; thence in north-
westerly direction along the east right -of --way line of tGreen Mountain Drive on a
