A tract of land lying in the SW 1/4. NE 1/4, Section 33. T-2-N, R-13-W, Pulaski
County. Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an iron phi at the northeasterly corner of Lot - 1 of Southall Sub-
division as surveyed ^.y Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Arkansas L.S. No. 12 on April 23, 1980:
thence S 00` 47 10 E along the easterly line of said Lot - I for a distance of 184.16
feet to an iron pin at the southeasterly corner of said Lot - 1 to a Point of Begin-
ning: thence continuing S 00' 47' 10" E, 235.00 feet to the north line of a 30 - foot
wide drainage easement shown on the Charles Valley Subdivision Preliminary Plat,
Phase -', dated March, 1977 and prepared by Robert C. Lowe, Jr: thence along a
91' 03' 48" deflection right '_ 12.66 feet to the center line of said Section 33: thence
along the center line of said Section 33 along a deflection right of 89' 18' 19" for a
distance of 235.00 feet: thence along a deflection right of 90' 41' 41 " for a distance
of 2I1.13 feet to the Point of Beginning: said tract of land containing 1.143 acres
