Commencing at the southwest corner of said SW 1/4, NE 114, Section 33; thence
N 00043' IS" W along the west line of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4, 786.95 feet to
the northeast corner of Tract C-1, Rainwood Forest and the Point of Beginning;
