being a part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 13
West. Pulaski County, Arkansas, all more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest comer of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 33; thence
N 000 43' 15" W along the west line of said SW 1/4, NE I/4, 786.95 feet to
the northeast corner of Tract C-1, Ramwood Forest and the Point of Beginning;
thence S 88' 14' 00" W along the north line of said Tract C-1 165.97 feet to a
point on the east right-of-way line of Green Mountain Drive; thence in a north-
