Commencing at the southwest corner of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 33; thence
N 000 43' 15" W along the west line of said SW 114, NE 1/4, 786.95 feet to
the northeast corner of Tract C-1, Rainwood Forest nd the Point of Beginning;
