3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH PRESIDIO NETWORKED SOLUTIONS,
5 LLC, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND,
6 SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR AND 10/100 DOLLARS ($94,634.10),
7 PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, TO PROVIDE NETWORK
8 SECURITY SUPPORT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (City), has an immediate need for expert Cyber
11 Incident Response in the event of a cyber-attack upon the City's Network; and,
12 WHEREAS, Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 15,518 (August 3, 2021) stated the intent to spend
13 American Rescue Plan Act Funds on Critical Information Technology Upgrades to Cybersecurity and IT
14 Infrastructure across City Departments; and,
15 WHEREAS, Presidio Networked Solutions, LLC, provides a full suite of proactive and emergency
16 service that provides network security support to quickly respond to a threat, contain it, remediate it and
17 help identify the source of the attack to prevent future attacks through its Cisco Talos Incident Response
18 Subscription; and,
19 WHEREAS, Vendor selection of Presidio Networked Solutions, LLC, was made utilizing the
20 Arkansas NASPO ValuePoint Cisco AR3227, Contract No. AR No. SP-20-0051 4600048977; and,
21 WHEREAS,the term of the contract is twelve(12)months; and,
22 WHEREAS,the cost for the contract shall not to exceed Ninety-Four Thousand, Six Hundred Thirty-
23 Four and 10/100 Dollars($94,634.10), plus applicable taxes and fees.
24 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
25 OF LITTLE ROCK,.ARKANSAS:
26 Section 1. The Board of Directors authorizes the City Manager to enter into a contract with Presidio
27 Networked Solutions, LLC, in an amount not to exceed Ninety-Four Thousand, Six Hundred Thirty-Four
28 and 10/100 Dollars ($94,634.10), plus applicable taxes and fees, for the purchase of a twelve (12)-month
29 subscription for the Cisco Talos Incident Response Subscription.
30 Section 2. Funds are available from American Rescue Plan Act Funds, Account No. 271309-
31 G0601AR30B.
32 Section 4. Severability. In the event any portion of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be
33 invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this

1 resolution, which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or
2 unconstitutional was not originally a part of this resolution.
3 Section 5. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, and parts thereof, which are in conflict with
4 any provision of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
