Dear Bill:
This is to inform you of the Planning Commission action
taken on the above referenced subdivision matter at the
September 14, 1982, meeting. Mr. Bill Hastings was present
and represented the applicant. There were no objectors
present. After some discussion, the Planning Commission
made a motion to approve the request, subject to the
submission of a replat. The motion passed by a vote of
7 ayes, 0 noes, 4 absent. Should you have questions
