WHEREAS, said owners desire to plat the above property into two lots;
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Shackleford West LLC and Lexus Land LLC, hereinafter
referred to as the "Grantors", have caused said property to be surveyed by The Mehlburger Firm,
Registered Professional Engineers and Registered Professional Land Surveyor; and a plat thereof
which is identified by the title, Lot 2 and Lot 3 Shackleford West Subdivision- Phase I to the City of
Little Rack. Arkansas and dated the 4th day of April , 2000 and by the signature of the
Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas and being now of record in Plat

Book r at page �01 , in the records of the said Circuit Clerk; therefore, the Grantors herein do
make this Bill of Assurance.
The Grantors hereby certify that they have laid off, platted and subdivided, the said lands
in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever be known and
described as "Lot 2 and Lot 3 Shackleford West Subdivision- Phase 1. to the City of Little Rock.
Arkansas", and conveyance of said land by lot numbers shown on the plat shall be considered a
complete and proper description thereof.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the
building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the
Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
