Schickel is the sole owner of the following described land lying the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to -wit: Lots B-R-1 and B-R-2R, SOUTHWEST CITY COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, Pulaski County, Arkansas, which was platted as such by a Bill of Assurance appearing in Book 1340 at Page 503, and a Plat appearing in Book 35 at Page 90, and grantor is desirous of further replatting said property. NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH: THAT, I, Louis E. Schickel, hereinafter termed grantor, have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Joe D. White, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and Timothy E. Daters, Registered Professional Engineer, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title "Lots 'B-R-lR' and 1B-R-2RR1, SOUTHWEST CITY COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, Little Rock, Arkansas, being a replat of Lots 'B-R-1' and 11B-R-2R1, Southwest City Commercial Subdivision" and the date December 2, 1986, and by the signatures of the said surveyor and engineer and the grantor, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book at Page and the grantor does hereby amend the Bill of Assurance as follows: 1. The lot lines and set backs shall hereafter be as set forth in the replat. 2. This replatting is subject to existing easements and rights of way. 3. The provisions of the plat and bill of assurance remain in full force and effect, the purpose of this amendment being only to effect a replat relocating the lot line between the two lots referred to herein.
