STAFF ANALYSIS: Staff is basically in support of the project; however, it is generally felt that an additional curb cut is not necessary on Geyer Springs Road. The applicant should consider using the existing ones since it provides for a through flow of traffic to the opposite end of the mall. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval, subject to comments made. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: The applicant was present. Engineering reported that they had no objection to the curb cuts as shown. The Committee decided to pass this to the Gommission, subject to Engineering comments.
