PROPOSAW REQUEST:
This application proposes to gain approval from the Planning
Commission for Lot 17R, Eagle Commercial Subdivision, to
amend the Bill of Assurance. The purpose of the proposed
amendment is to insure that parking spaces may be located on
the easement, but to subject the present easement holder to
all needed repairs.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval as filed.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION (March 26, 1991)
There were no objectors in attendance The application was
represented. After a brief discussion, the Commission
determined it appropriate to place this item on the consent
agenda for approval. A motion was made to that effect and
passed by a vote of 8 ayes, 0 nays, and 3 absent.
