information and satisfying himself as to the actual location of these and

or relocations necessary shall be made as required by the owner of the

shall be borne by the Contractor.
3 2. All streets, drives, walks, drainage structures, fences, utilities, etc.
that are disturbed during construction shall be restored to their original
or better condition using like materials. Cost of such repairs shall be
borne by the Contractor unless provision for payment '_made in the
Proposal.
