SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW:
There was no one present representing this application. The
Planning staff voiced some concerns concerning the drainage
on -site and need for a plan to provide for such drainage.
It was additionally pointed out that this plan may, in the
future, accommodate different uses other than the
mini -warehouses as indicated. However, the staff pointed
out this should not present a significant problem.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present. There were no objectors. A
motion was made and passed, subject to: (1) another name
for the development► (2) submission of a certified site plan
before receiving a building permit. The vote was 8 ayes,
0 noes and 3 absent.
