History of the Site None. Existing Conditions The site is in a single family neighborhood, consisting of relatively large structures. Generally, street improvements have not been constructed throughout the neighborhood. The sole existing structure is Lot 2-R. C. Analysis Staff has no problem with the request, provided that the minimum setbacks for the existing structure are not disturbed by the lot lines. The applicant should assure himself that he is not violating his Bill of Assurance by creating these smaller lots. F. Staff Recommendation Approval, subject to comments made. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: This application was represented by Allen Curry. The issue was discussed briefly. No problems were presented. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was not present. Staff reported that Mr. Allan Curry, Engineer for the Project, requested that the Commission consider the item in spite of his absence, since he had to appear in court. A motion was made and passed for approval, subject to staff's comments. The vote - 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent.
