KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT
That whereas Arian Properties, LLC are the owners of: Lot V3R, being a replat of Lot V3,
KINGWOOD PLACE, AN ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, except 61
square feet for right of way as dedicated in WD 2013-041607.
That Arian Properties, LLC hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by
Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lot
V3RR, BEING A REPLAT OF LOT V3R, KINGWOOD PLACE, AN ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval
executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No. 7- r 3v f3 4-zy and the grantors do hereby make this Bill
of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Purpose of this replat was to move the platted replat around the proposed building addition as approved by the
Board of Adjustments, case Z-2324-A.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
