KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT
That whereas Andrea Vandeventer is the owner of Lot 167, KINGWOOD PLACE! AN
ADDITION to the City of Little Bock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That, Andrea Vandeventer, hereinafter termed grantors, has caused the said tract of land to
by surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made
which is identified by the title of Lot 167R, being a replat of Lot 167, KINGWOOD PLACE, AN
ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said
surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Apprava i executed by the Little Rock
Planning Commission and is on record in office of Circuit Clerk and ex-offtcio Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book Page _ and the grantors do
hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
Tjw gmtor dues hereby certify that they replotted said real estate in accordance with said
Plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever krtuwn as designated en said Plat and every
deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Asswanee and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and
ex-off;c io Recorder of Pulaski County shall be YaLid and complete delivery and dedication of the
streets and easements shown on the said plat.
The purpose of this plat is to change the building line as approved by City of Little Rock
Zoning Variance as per Case No- Z-7445.
