That, Karen Renee Rutherford hereinafter termed grantor, has caused the said tract of land to by
surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made which is
identified by the title of Lot 67R, replat of Lot 67, Plaza Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a
CertidcatE. of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on rec rd in the Office of
Cirolit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book _ , Page
_11 6-1 and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The
laids em -braced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance
fc said r property shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to change the front building line as required by Board of Adjustments.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio
