AMENDMENT TO BILL OF ASSURANCE FOR PLAZA HEIGHTS ADDITION
WHEREAS, a certain Bill of Assurance for Plaza Heights
Addition was filed in Book 653, Page 101 with the Pulaski County
Circuit Clerk and Recorder by Plaza Heights, Inc. an Arkansas
corporation for certain land lying in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
to wit:
The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4)
of Section One (1), Township One (1) North, Range Thirteen (13)
West, EXCEPT the South 30 feet thereof which has been deeded as
public highway and with certain exceptions.
WHEREAS, there has been a replat of Lot 24R, Plaza Heights
Addition, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas which
is a replat of Lot 24, Plaza Heights Addition, to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas this Amendment to Bill of
Assurance is hereby set forth.
The owners of Lot 24R, Plaza Heights Addition, an addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas do hereby adopt all
exceptions and restrictions as set forth in the Bill Assurance
for Plaza Heights Addition recorded in Book 653, Page 101, et
seq. as such might pertain to Lot 24, Plaza Heights Addition now
replatted at Lot 24R, Plaza Heightat-Ad-&±tign to the City of

The replat of Lot 24 was for" -A pese of adjusting the
building lines so as to accomodate a deck and above ground pool.
Easements for all public utilities are reserved as shown on
the replat attached hereto. Utilities companies shall have the;
right of ingress and egress to the respective easements, rights
of way, and regulator sites for the purposes of installing,
maintaining, operating or replacing pipes, poles, lines and
accessories and appurtenances thereof. Any area designated as
reserved for utilities and any area designated as an access
easement may be used for drainage purposes if such usage is
consented to in writing by the owner hereof and duly recorded or
consented to in writing by the City Engineer of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, or any other employee or officer
designated by the City, except that in no event shall such usage
for drainage purposes unreasonably interfere with any prior lines
of or installations by tuilities, or any later mainteance or
replacement of any such prior lines or installations.
These convenants and restrictions are to run with the land
and shall be binding upon all parties and all persons claiming
under them and only shall terminate as set forth in the original
Bill of Assurance of Plaza Heights Addition as set forth in Book
653, Page 101 et seq.
