LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land being Part of lots 1 & 2 of the Pine Hill Subdivision
of the N-k, NWk, SEk & the SE3, NWT, SEk & the NEk, M , SEk and
part of Potter St. (closed) along the East Line of the said lot 1,
as recorded in Deed Book 292 Page 319 and lying in Section 11,
T-1-N, R-13-W in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a
point on the south line of the said lot 2, 12.50 feet east of the
SW corner of the said lot 2, said point also being the SE corner of
the Scotty Cove Subdivision; thence N 00010'16" W along the east
line of the said Scotty Cove Subdivision, 488.60 feet; thence
N 89°59'49" E, 105.QO feet; thence S 73°12'08" E, 47.05 feet;
thence N 89°59'49" E, 164.35 feet to a point on the west line of
the Parkwood Subdivision -Phase I; thence S 00°10'44" E along the
west line of the said Parkwood Subdivision -Phase I, 475.00 feet,
to a point on the North R-O-W Line of W. 22nd St.; thence S 89059'49" W
along the North R-O-W Line of W. 22nd St., 314.42 feet to the point
of beginning, said tract of land containing 3.47 acres more or less.
