(closed), adjacent to Block 14, and the N' of 25th St.

Hill Subdivision in. the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, as recorded in Deed Record Book 292, Page 319, and
being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
the intersection of the South R-O-W line of 24th St.with
the centerline of Gilman St. (closed); thence S 00°01"03" E
along the centerline of Gilman St. (closed), 305.78 feet to
the intersection point of the centerline of Gilman St.
