LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land being Block 14, and the E� of Gilman St.
(closed), adjacent to Block 14, and the N� of 25th St.
(closed), adjacent to Block 14, and the W2 of Potter St.
(closed), adjacent to Block 14, all being part of the Pine
Hill Subdivision in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, as recorded in Deed Record Book 292, Page 319, and
being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
the intersection of the South R-O-W line of 24th St. with
the centerline of Gilman St. (closed); thence S 00001"03" E
along the centerline of Gilman St. (closed), 365.78 feet to
the intersection point of the centerline of Gilman St.
(closed) with the centerline of 25th St. (closed); thence
S 89°55'12" E along the centerline of 25th St. (closed),
327.82 feet to the East line of the said Pine Hill Subdivi-
sion; thence N 00°03'10" W along the East line of the said
Pine Hill Subdivision, 305.48 feet to the South R-O-W line
of 24th St.; thence N 89°52'09"•W along the South R-O-W line
of 24th St., 327.63 feet to the point of beginning, said
