all of Block 4, lying West of the C.R.I.&P. Railroad except
the North 51 feet in Worthens Subdivision, City of Little

191.61 feet chord distance along the west R/W of the CRI&P RR

along said railroad R/W to a point; thence N06-27-25W for
68.02 feet chord distance along railroad R/W to a point on
the South Easement line of an 8 inch Sanitary Sewer Line;
thence N86-47-55W for 165.46 feet along said sanitary sewer
easement line to a point; thence N87-14-55 W for 363.28 feet
