A tract of land situated in the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 16
T-1-S, R-13-W, Pulaski"eUffnty. Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a railroad spike at the west quarter -corner of said Section 16; thence
S 890 14' 39" E along the center line of Section 16 for a distance of 25.23 feet
to a Point of Beginning on the east right-of-way fine of Vimy Ridge Road; thence
continuing S 89' 14' 39" E along the center line of Section 16 for a distance of
634.63 feet to an iron pin at the northeast corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4. SW 1/4 of
Section 16; thence S 020 13' 19" W along the east line of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4,
SW 1/4 of Section 16 for a distance of 328.68 feet to the southeast corner of the
N 1 /2 of the NW 1/4. NW 1 /4, SW 1 /4 of Section 16; thence N 89014' 39" W along
the south line of the N 1/ 2 of the NW 1/4. NW 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 16 for a
distance of 634.8S feet to the east rightof'-way line of Vimy Ridge Road: thence
N 02' 15' 38" L along the east right-of-way line of Vimy Ridge Road 328.68 feet to
