We would like to ask the planning and zoning committee to consider 319 Rice Street, Little Rock,
Arkansas 72205 for a zoning variance to a Short Term Rental-2. We own a well respected property
management company and are available 24/7 for renters to contact. We have been successfully
operating with no complaints. Our home has been well received by the neighborhood and has been very
helpful to allow an extra option for people visiting family, tourist, short term employment contracts, in
between housing situations and many more. We have adequate parking options. We consider
ourselves an asset to the community. We are very responsible and take care of any issues promptly.
To provide further information to the board, we rent this house as the entire residence, we do not rent
out as individual rooms. We have also provided reviews from past renters that have been extremely
happy with their stay, the upkeep of the property and the quick response.
Please consider our request of zoning change to STR-2.
