Re: Short Term Rental Permit Application
Dear Planning and Development Staff. -
This letter declares our interest in obtaining a Short -Term Rental Permit for our Single family
home at 7001 Bluebird Dr, Little Rock. This home is currently used as a furnished long-term
rental for families in need of housing for multiple reasons including medical residency, other
term professionals, and families displaced by natural disaster or home damage.
The home has been well received by families for the quiet neighborhood feel and proximity in
Central Little Rock.
Our desire is to make this rental available for those in need of housing for less than 30 days
such as those with short- term employment and housing needs.
We currently live out of state, however we have close ties to Little Rock with family including
parents and siblings residing in the area that we visit.
We entrust our home's management to a highly regarded professional manager that will act as
our agent in the application process. This agent is Sarah King.
Our property is not located in a subdivision with a bill of assurance, thus this has not been
provided in the application.
We look forward to working with the city on this application.
