Development-1) Will comply, the filing fee is being paid under separate cover.
2) Developer requests C-3 permitted uses for the two southern buildings, and
office/flex space for the six middle buildings.
3) Developer requests 600 am to 1100 pm, 7 days a week.
4) Developer will comply with dumpster requirement.

12I The west drainage basin will drain thru a swale that will be constructed along the
west property line. The east drainage basin currently drains thru an existing swale that
is along the east property line. We have added the swales to the drawing.
13) Kanis Road will have curb and gutter installed per the Master Street Plan
requirement. Curb inlets will be installed along the street frontage to handle the run-off
from Kanis Road,
14) The stormwater detention structure will be constructed in the southeast corner of
the property, which is the lowest corner in elevation. The detention outlet structure will
drain into the existing culvert downstream to the east.
