Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide $280.00 filing fee.
2. Provide specific use list for various buildings. Staff suggests C-3 permitted uses for the two southern buildings, office/warehouse or office/warehouse and showroom or general
professional office for the six middle buildings.
3. Provide hours and days of operation.
4. Dumpster areas must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
6. All signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the Zoning Code.
