RE: Proposed Development of a 145' Telecommunication Tower
City of Little Rock Planning and Development,
Coral Towers LLC proposes to build a 145' (150' with lightning rod) cellular tower at 13705 Pleasant Hill
Road, Little Rock, 72002. Coral Towers plans to utilize the existing access road onto the property and
extend it further to the SE corner of parcel#45L-092 00-028.00 owned by Matt and Leeanne Marshall.
The Telecommunications Act of 1996 (TCA) has established that the development of Wireless Service is
crucial to the public health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the United States. The proposed
Wireless Telecommunication Facility will provide new wireless service coverage and increased capacity
to the residents of Little Rock, while enhancing the Local E-911 emergency call system.
The proposed Wireless Telecommunications Facility has been designed to accommodate the co -location
of additional wireless service providers through added tower structure capacity and excess ground
space for additional ground equipment, reducing the need for additional towers in this area.
The property is not in a subdivision and is not subject to a Bill of Assurances.
