Permission is requested to install seven additional spaces
at the "K" Mobile Home Park located at the county line on
Stagecoach Road.
Approval was obtained on September b, 1995 for the original
request 127 spaces. These are presently occupied.
The area will accommodate 134 spaces however and the area was
staked out for that number. Since the request was for the
smaller number, approval must now be obtained to install the
remainder.
All of the area is presently served by city and state
approved water and sewer facilities. Streets are approved by the
City.
The remaining work consists of constructing pads and
electrical service for the remaining seven spaces. No relocation
of existing homes will be necessary.
