Little Rock, AR
Dear Mr. Jones:
City Hall
Markham at Broadway
Little Rock, Arkansas 72201
371-4790
On August 13, 1985, the Little Rock Planning Commission
failed to approve your proposal, entitled The R-Mobile Home
Park Revised Preliminary. Instead, a motion to approve only
one revision to the original plan, a stub -out street on the
southeastern corner in lieu of a cul-de-sac, was passed by
a vote of: 7 ayes, 0 noes, 4 absent.
The reasons for denial were: (1) unacceptable increase in
density; (2) location of lots in 50' r/w; (3) violation of
original agreement to provide slightly larger mobile home
lots in exchange for a waiver of the common storage area
usually required; and (4) nonconformance to previous plan
authorized.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to
call.
