LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land being part of the SW4 of the SW4 of the NE4
of Section 11, T-1-S, R-13-W, and part of the S' of the NW4
of the SW4 of the NE4 of Section 11, T-1-S, R-13-W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas and being more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the SW corner of the said SW4 of the
SA of the NE4 of Section 11; thence N 00°19'17" E,
671.84 feet along the West line of the said SA of the SW4
of the NE4 of Section 11, (said line also being the East
line of Shiloh II Subdivision in the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas), to the NW corner of the SW4 of
the SW4 of the NE4 of the said Section 11; thence
N 00016'40" E, 337.17 feet along the West line of the said
Sz of theNW4 of the SW4 of the NE4 of Section 11 (said lint'
also being the East line of Shiloh II Subdivision in the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas), to the
NW corner of the S� of the NW4 of the SA of the NE4 of the

North line of the said S' of the NW-4 of the SW4 of the NE4

to a point on the West right-of-way line of Legion Hut Road;
thence S 00°23'56" E along the West right-of-way line of
Legion Hut Road, 234.95 feet; thence S 89°03'54' W,
213.61 feet; thence S 00°18'20" W, 337.31 feet, to a ppoint
on the South line of the said SW4 of the SW4 of the NE{ of
Section 11; thence S 88056'37" W along the South line of the
said SW4 of the SW4 of the NE4 of Section 11, 421.91 feet
to the point of beginning, said tract of land containing
