Enclosed herewith are fifteen copies of the subject project.
This is to be a zero lot line paired single family units sub-
division. The sewer will be by packaged plant upon approval of
the State Health Dept. Water will be from the City of Little
Rock Public System. There are 11 lots and one (1) tract on the
4.2 acre tract.

the subject project be ammended from a PUD application to a sin-
gle family subdivision. We will submit revised plans for review
by the next regularly scheduled Subdivision Meeting of the Plann-
ing Commission.
