AN ADDITION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS
SOUTH OAKS APARTMENTS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, TO
THE PUBLIC
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That South Oaks Apartments Limited Partnership, hereinafter called "Grantors," being
the owners of South Oaks Apts. P.R.D., an addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, hereby amends and corrects same as Second Amended and Corrected Plat of South
Oaks Apts. P.R.D., Pulaski County, Arkansas, as shown and represented on the attached plat
and henceforth description and conveyance by such designation or part thereof, as shown and
represented on said attached plat, shall be a proper and sufficient description thereof.
Said Second Amended and Corrected Plat of South Oaks Apts. P. R. D., Pulaski County,
Arkansas, as shown and represented on attached plat and any interest therein shall be held and
owned subject to and in conformity with all provisions, covenants and restrictions of the Plat and
Bill of Assurance filed for record in the Office of Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in plat
Book "C", Page 169 and as Instrument No. 87-23207 and filed for record an amended and
corrected Plat and Bill of Assurance in Plat Book "E", Page 127 and as Instrument No. 94-
62086 with the same force and effect as in said Plats and Bills of Assurances when the same
were originally executed and filed for record; provided, that the building lines, public access
easements, sewer, utility and drainage easements shall be as shown and represented on the
attached replat.
