TOTAL By AMENDMENT TO BILL OF ASSURANCE EFFECTING REPLAT KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT, WHEREAS, Shelden Taxer, Myrna Taxer, and First Service - Taxer Development, a joint venture, are the owners of the following described real property located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to -wit: Lots A & B, Block 43, SANTA FE PARK ADDITION being a replat of all of Block 43, Santa Fe Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and 15 feet of a closed street lying West and immediately adjacent to said Block 43, and a strip of land lying between the South line of said Block 43 and the North right-of-way line of West Markham Street, 2.37 acres more or less. AND, WHEREAS, said property was originally platted pursuant to a bill of assurance dated July 29, 1977, and recorded August 1, 1977, in Book 1449 at Page 678-680, in the records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, bearing document number 74367, and a plat dated July 22, 1977, appearing in Plat Book 40 at Page 35; AND, WHEREAS, it is desirable that all of said property be replatted; AND, WHEREAS, no other changes in the bill of assurance are necessary; NOW, THEREFORE. WITNESSETH: THAT, WE, the said Shelden Taxer and Myrna Taxer have caused said subdivision to be surveyed by Edward G. Smith, a registered land surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title: Final Plat of Lots 'A-R' & 'B-R', Block 43, SANTA FE PARK ADDITION, Little Rock, Arkansas, Being a Replat of Lots 'A' & 'B', Block 43, Santa Fe Park Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas, r and the date October 15, 1984, and by the signature of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and recorded in Plat Book Page , and do hereby replat said property, which shall forever be known as: Lots 'A-R' & 'B-R', Block 43, SANTA FE PARK ADDITION, Little Rock, Arkansas, Being a Replat of Lots 'A' & 'B', Block 43, Santa Fe Park Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas. Ingress, egress and utilities easements shall be reserved for these uses as shown on the replat. Except as set forth herein and on the replat filed herewith, the plat and bill of assurance shall remain the same.
