BILL OF ASSURANCE
WHEREAS, JANE HARRISON, hereinafter known as the owner of the following described

LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the owner, hereinafter termed the grantor, has caused said tract of land to be surveyed and
Engineered by Marlar Engineering Company, Inc., Registered professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, and a plat
thereof made which is identified by the title:
Lot 116R
MERRIVALE ADDITION
LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS
said plat is dated April 30, 2010, and bears the signature of said land surveyor and engineer and the said grantor and
bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Department and is on record in the Office of the
Circuit Clerk and ex-Offido Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, Document Number ?V00 L',, L-0�5. and the
Grantor does hereby make this the Bill of Assurance. ?� AT
The Grantor does hereby certify that they have replated said real estate in accordance with said plat. The
lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said
property shall use this designation. The lots in said subdivision shall be sold by the grantor and shall be purchased by the
buyers thereof subject to the following covenants, to -wit:
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building line shown
on the plat and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Little Rock.
All covenants and restrictions contained in the original bill of assurance and plat for this subdivision filed for
record in the Plat of Merrivale Addition in December of 1961 shall be in full effect.
