Magee and Vivian Jo Magee, hereinaf- ter called Grantors, are the owners of the following described property in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas: Lot 72, Westchester Subdivision, Phase V-A, Little Rock, Arkansas. AND WHEREAS, the Grantors deem it advisable and necessary to replat the above -described property. NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantors have caused said property to be surveyed by McGetrick Engineering, Inc., Engineers and Land Surveyors, and a plat made thereof, identified by the title "Lot 72R, being a Replat of Lot 72, Westchester Subdivision, Phase V-A, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas". The plat bears the signatures and seals of Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Reg. Prof. Land Surveyor, and Patrick M. McGetrick, Reg. Prof. Engineer, the signatures of the Grantors, a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is recorded in the records of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Plat # The Grantors do hereby certify that they have replatted the above -described property in accordance with the plat thereof and the recording of said plat shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of all easements, building lines, etc. shown on the plat and that referral of said lot as Lot 72R, Westchester Subdivision, Phase V-A, shall be a complete and sufficient description thereof. All provisions of the original Bill of Assurance for West- chester Subdivision, Phase V-A, recorded as Document #89-35371 in the records of the Circuit County Clerk shall remain in full force and effect.
